Orders & Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive an additional email at the time your order ships that will include the USPS or DHL tracking number to trace your package.

If you have a Aktiva Suno account, you may also check that status of your order by clicking on the order number within your account. From there, you will be able to view the full details of your order, including the status and tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes once the order has been submitted.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We have free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.00. If your order is less than that amount, the shipping cost in the U.S will be $8.00.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 2 – 3 business days and ship via USPS. It usually takes between 5 to 7 days once it has been shipped.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or AE addresses


Can I return a Final Sale item?

No. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged in any form.

How do I return my online purchase?

Didn’t work? No worries! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return Policy for guidelines on how to make a return.

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

How long does it take to process a return?

We must receive the returned product within 30 days from the date of original purchase. Once we receive your return please allow 3-6 business days for processing. You can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 2-3 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.  


Can I make a change?

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 30 days for a full refund and re-order your replacement item. Please read our Return Policy for guidelines on how to make a return.

What can I do if my product is defective?

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return.

You must send a photo to of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice.
