RETURN POLICY

ALL SALE marked items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. This also includes BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY and FLASH SALE.

  • Returns on eligible items must be made within 20 calendar days from the purchase date.
  • All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.
  • All items are subject to inspection: Products found damaged and used will not receive a refund and will be returned to you at your cost. This includes pet hair, stains, smells, rips, damaged zippers, crochet rips, safety pins on product, incomplete strapping or buttons, make up stains, etc. We are not responsible for damages to clothing as a result of improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Please note: Only items purchased through AktivaSuno.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any other store or online partner must be returned to the place of purchase.
  • You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the package: Please send us an email to return@aktivasuno.com with your order number, the information of the items you want to return and state the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you an email with a prepaid label to be printed and placed on the package. (Please allow 1-2 business days for processing). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please include a copy of the invoice in the package. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction. 
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them.
